Cranky's reviews, sorted by dollar rating are below, as well as an easy way for you to get the vids at big discount via our deal with amazon.com.  Sometimes the brand new vid releases are incredibly high priced, to make Blockbuster pay dearly.

It's much easier for a killer popcorn flick to hit the $8 mark. Sometimes that's an indication of the sheer"wow" factor of a flick -- once upon a time we argued Starship Troopers vs The Matrix endlessly on the message boards over this point -- and sometimes it's an indication of a serious flick that, simply, nails you to your seat.   Read the older reviews carefully,  the "ticket price" was a mere $7.00 when I started.
